What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on coffee, merchandise, apparel, or gift cards.

Because our coffee is roasted to order and perishable, we can’t offer refunds for taste preferences or opened items.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, email sales (at) magnificocoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, we’ll make it right.

Subscriptions: you can pause/skip/cancel before your next renewal; once an order is processed, it’s final.

What is your cancellation policy?

One-Time Orders
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before they are roasted or prepared for shipment. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Subscriptions
You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. To apply changes to your next shipment, please update your subscription before the renewal date. Once a subscription order processes, it is final.

Bundles & Custom Orders
Because bundles are roasted and assembled specifically for you, they cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

It depends. Subscriptions always ship free, and any order over $45 qualifies for free shipping within the continental U.S.
